1. Brief
This assignment assesses your ability to apply learned ideas and skills in class with the objective of completing and presenting a qualitative analysis of data.
As such it is designed as an indicator of how well you have understood the process of qualitative data analysis and used this knowledge to analyse a real
world data set. Successfully completing the assessment item will help to develop your analytical skills and also provide you with experience of research
practice in preparation for your subsequent research report.

You do not need to search for or collect any data. Data will be provided to you. Data will be available to download from Moodle on Thursday 7th May.
5. The Qualitative Data Analysis is divided into three parts:
A Written Analysis of data which identi fies explains and interprets themes
A Visual Representation of the analysis using a table diagram or flow chart (with a supporting paragraph)
A Data-Theory Link using a theoretical lens to interpret themes in relation to conceptual ideas
